SUTHINK successfully obtained an invention patent on behalf the owner of the new technology of Fungicide and the Preparation of It for Prevention and Control of the Viruses in the Limbs of Fruit Trees

时间:2012-11-23
The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) issued a notice on Feb. 9, 2012 for licensing a patent for the invention of Fungicide and the Preparation of It for Prevention and Control of the Viruses in the Limbs of Fruit Trees. This invention patent was licensed by SIPO. The invention aims to make up the insufficiency of the current pesticides used for prevention and control of the diseases existing with the limbs of fruit trees and provide a kind of fungicide which is highly effective, low toxic, inexpensive, non-sedimentary and long-time standing, and is to be used not only for killing harmful fungus but also for improving injured limbs forming new healing organizations.
Limb diseases are one of the main diseases existing with fruit trees. In recent years, limb diseases of fruit trees are increasing year by year. Limb diseases of fruit trees mainly include rot of fruit trees, kiwifruit canker, foot rot of citrus trees, citrus melanose, limb rot of bayberry trees, corticium saimonicolor and canker, limb rot of loquat, pear and litchi trees, and gummosis of fruit trees. Limb diseases are great harmful to fruit trees, and normally cause fruit trees unpromising or even, in a serious circumstance, lead to entire death of fruit trees in an area, all of which should gain high attention of the farmers everywhere. For the time being, chemical preparation of asomate and biological preparation of S921 are the pesticides mainly used for prevention and control of limb diseases of fruit trees and considered to effect well. The former, however, is highly toxic and prone to cause poisoning to people and livestock. When such pesticide is used, fruit tree scabs are poorly healed and easy to recur. High density of this pesticide will burn tree barks and affect the growth of trees. Meanwhile, it’s not friendly to the environment and may cause serious pollution to the groundwater, and therefore has been forbidden in use by the government. While the later is expensive, high priced and short-time standing and, therefore, is not suitable for large scale production.
This invention makes public a kind of fungicide used for prevention and control of limb diseases of fruit trees and the method for preparing the fungicide. Preparation method: have certain humic acid, urea or ethylene glycol, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium, sodium nitrophenolate or amine acyl ester, preservative and magnesium silicate aluminum dissolved in water and stir them until absolutely dissolved; have certain insoluble thiophanate-methyl, white carbon black and auxiliaries smashed with 1000 meshes and put them into the aforesaid solution, and stir them until well-distributed; have certain cellulose and xanthan gum melt in boiling water and stir them into a gelatinous matter, and put them into the aforesaid solution and mix with a high-shear mixer to produce the fungicide emulsion as indicated in this invention. The fungicide as mentioned in this invention is highly effective, low toxic and non-sedimentary.  Fruit tree limbs can heal fast from diseases and will not recur if this product is used on them. Therefore, this fungicide invention is the first choice for the pretension and control of rot of apple trees, kiwifruit canker, foot rot of citrus trees, gummosis of peach trees and other limb diseases of fruit trees for the time being. This invention can also improve fruit trees growing new barks. When in a dormant season or pruning of fruit trees, this fungicide may be used as sealing agent. Further, this invention has such other merits as being simply processed, inexpensive, non-sedimentary and long-time standing.
